Shipping & Delivery


Shipping Charges:  

  • Within India: Shipping charges as per actuals 

  • At present we ship internationally to the USA, Canada, UK, Singapore, UAE, Australia and New Zealand. However, you can write to us on elitestyles@yahoo.com to find out if we can ship to your country of residence. Shipping charges to be calculated based on weight, destination, and courier company's charges. Customers are directly responsible to settle all import taxes chargeable by their respective countries of residence. 

 

Estimated Shipping Time: 

  • Delhi NCR: 1–2 business days 

  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking: After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or a number via Text Message (SMS), Email, or WhatsApp. 

 

Shipping Address Changes: Once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address. 

 

Delays: We make all efforts to deliver on time. However, please allow delays due to: 

  • Courier operational issues 

  • Inclement weather 

  • Festival rush 

  • Delivery challenges for remote locations 

Customers are required to provide a complete and correct delivery address, including city, the PIN code and state. Abbreviations such as GK, CP etc. should be avoided to ensure accurate delivery. Any delivery-related disputes must be reported within 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered. 

 

Failed Delivery / Delivery Reattempt Policy: In the event of a failed delivery or a Return-to-Origin (RTO) reported by our courier partners due to an incomplete, incorrect, or insufficient delivery address, the responsibility for any additional courier charges incurred for reattempted or fresh deliveries shall rest entirely with the customer. No order cancellations will be entertained due to such circumstances.

 

We kindly request customers to ensure that the complete and accurate delivery address, including PIN code, is provided at the time of placing the order to facilitate seamless delivery.
