·         We do not offer order cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

·         Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All purchases must be prepaid.

Size Exchange (Exceptional Consideration)

·        Size exchanges may be considered solely at the discretion of Elite Styles in exceptional cases such as if an incorrect size has been dispatched despite our internal quality checks. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed and is subject to verification.

Complaints & Claims (Strict Requirement)

In the rare event of a concern related to manufacturing defects, incorrect quantity, incorrect size or a wrong item is received then a clear, high-quality, and uninterrupted parcel-opening video is mandatory to register and process any such complaint. The video must:

·        Be recorded continuously, without cuts or pauses

·        Clearly show the sealed package, opening process, and contents in full

·        Be shared within 24 hours of delivery

Complaints raised without a valid parcel-opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
